Whil approached us with an early version of their app and a desire to leverage behaviouristic principles to enhance its KPI’s.

At the time we started working with Whil they had  an early version of the app and a  total of 1000 active users. Whill team was looking for ways to grow and retain their user base.

Our Approach

We outlined the following key steps for the whole project:

Complete BX Audit

During this process we analysed the app screen-by-screen against psychological principles to provide recommendations, updates and solution to existing version.

Behavior Engine Design

After completing the audit, we analyzed user behavioural patterns in Whil and ran Competitor Analysis. Base on our insights, we proposed an update to Behavior Engine to improve engagement and retention.
