One of the major milestones is updating existing digital experience to match user expectations and current usability trends.

Review research papers related to Audit client provided flows and wireframes in search of points of friction.
Design concept experience with adherence to behavioural principles and choice architecture.
Prepare design files and documentation for handoff to internal development.
